How I Work

I work across three connected areas: Business Ops, People Ops, and Founder Support.

Each one is designed to help creative businesses feel less founder-dependent, less patchy behind-the-scenes, and more supported as they grow. Sometimes clients need support in one area. Often, the lines blur a little.

A business with people issues usually also has role clarity issues.
A business with operational friction often has leadership bottlenecks sitting underneath it.
