How I Work

I work across three connected areas: Business Ops, People Ops, and Founder Support.

Each one is designed to help creative businesses feel less founder-dependent, less patchy behind-the-scenes, and more supported as they grow. Sometimes clients need support in one area. Often, the lines blur a little.

  • A business with people issues usually also has role clarity issues.
  • A business with operational friction often has leadership bottlenecks sitting underneath it.
  • A founder who feels stretched usually needs both a sounding board and better systems around them.

That’s why my approach is practical, thoughtful, and tailored. Each offer has a clear structure, clear outcomes, and practical deliverables designed to work in the real world.

I look at how your business actually works – the people in it, the pressures on it, the stage it’s at, and the friction points that are making things harder than they need to be. Then I help you build the right supports around that.

Often, it’s all connected. In most small creative businesses, people issues, operational issues, and leadership issues are never really separate. They all affect each other.

What that usually involves.

  • Getting clear on what’s feeling messy, stretched, or founder-dependent.
  • Identifying the patterns underneath the surface-level problems.
  • Prioritising the changes that will have the biggest practical impact.
  • Building simple supports, tools, or rhythms that your business can actually maintain.

What working together can look like.

Support can be shaped around what your business needs most right now.

That might be:

  • a one-off review of a specific people or operations challenge.
  • a short project to build or tidy up key foundations.
  • ongoing fractional support across people, operations, and leadership.
  • regular founder support sessions to help think through decisions and changes.

This is a process that we work through together. You’re the expert in your business – I work alongside you to strategise, prioritise, plan, and execute.
