About Olivia
Nice to meet you!
I’m a Canadian who somehow made my way to Australia via The Netherlands, alongside my Kiwi husband (then boyfriend). After having two kids, adventurous travel became a distant memory but hooray! – now that they’re teens, fun travel plans are picking up again.
Long before any job title, I’ve always been a planner and organiser. The person quietly noticing what’s not quite working, and figuring out how to make it better. I’m wired to think ahead, spot the gaps, and connect the dots before things unravel.
It turns out that instinct became my career.
I work with founders and leadership teams to bring order to the chaos of a growing business. When things feel messy, unclear, or harder than they should be, I step in as a trusted right-hand. I connect people, strategy, and execution so you get smoother operations, better communication, and a business that runs with more clarity and less friction.
I love working with start-ups and creative, fast-moving businesses – where things are a little scrappy, ambitious, and full of potential.
And yes, I still plan everything three steps ahead. My husband doesn’t fully understand it … but he definitely benefits from it.
What I do.
I keep things practical, collaborative, and tailored to the stage your business is at.
We’re not going to drop in a big corporate playbook or build systems for the sake of it.
I look at what’s already happening, where the friction is, and what will make the biggest difference with the least unnecessary complexity.
What I care about.
I care about helping creative businesses become more sustainable. I want founders to feel less stretched and teams to feel more supported. I want businesses to run with more clarity, less friction, and fewer things silently living in someone’s head.
Mostly, I want to help good businesses put the right foundations in place so they can keep doing good work – without burning out the people behind it.
The kind of support I offer.
